- Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialised utility programs.
- Analyse user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
- Update software, enhances existing software capabilities, and develops and direct software testing and validation procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in ServiceNow Development, including IT Service Management (ITSM) applications based on the ITIL standards including workflow configurations, JAVA Scripts, Customizations, CMS Interface, MID Servers, Integrations, Reporting, and understanding of ServiceNow Portfolio offerings.
- Configuration/Customization of the ServiceNow system, including creating workflows, JAVA Scripts, custom UI.
