We are searching for a Brand Designer to join our dynamic team to create engaging and on-brand graphics, contributing to the design and development of software applications.

Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm and develop creative concepts, campaigns and themes.
- Develop and refine brand guidelines, including logo design, color schemes, typography, and visual elements.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels, design all marketing collaterals and social media communication materials, including but not limited to website design.
- Develop mock-ups of design if necessary.
- Develop ideas and strategies demonstrating insight and innovation in addressing business opportunities and challenges.
- Design and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, e-newsletter, social media and display advertising. campaigns to increase traffic
- Design brand asset templates such as advertisements, brochures, and website elements that align with the brand’s identity.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of branding efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Singaporean only.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Graphic Designer or similar role in FinTech Industry.
- Proficient in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
- Have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design work, including brand identity projects.
