Oversee all aspects of event planning, including vendor liaison and scheduling.
Coordinate and compile information for the Festival microsite.
Maintain clear and continuous communication with appointed marketing agency, events management vendor, programme partners, sponsors, and internal stakeholders.
Address inquiries and ensure all parties are informed of event details and changes.
Work with events management vendor to manage the logistics pre and actual day of the festival, including venue setup, registration, and vendor coordination.
Assist with gather feedback, survey from participants, and help with post-event reporting.
Assist Enabling Lives Festival organising committee with any other matters.
