As a brand ambassador, your role involves promoting and selling the company’s product, play an integral part in promoting the brand’s image and ensure that the day-to-day operation of the outlet/counter is carried out in an effective and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
a. Customer service & store operations
- Proactively attend to customers’ needs and create a positive shopping experience for all customers
- Embodying a good image of courtesy, professionalism, and helpfulness towards customers at all times
- To assist in the important role in building the awareness of our brand
- To boost and achieve sales target by recommending and upselling products to our customers
- To familiarise and keep up to date with all product knowledge and SKU updates
- Assist in store daily housekeeping and stock replenishment duties
b. Others
- Provide feedback on customers’ preference, merchandise and other areas of concern
- Perform any other relevant tasks/assignments as and when required by the management
Requirements
- Possess customer service mindset and ability to engage with people
- Motivated and passionate about delighting our customers
- Minimum GCE 'N' Levels and above
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail or/and customer service preferred
- Able to work rotating shift hours, on weekends and public holiday
- Candidates with no prior working experience may be considered
