Job Description
At Siena Health, the Clinic Assistant is responsible for a key part of our daily operations and ensuring customers get their medications and purchases on time. You will be intimately involved with handling customer inquiries and requests, as well as helping to make sure our retail products are packed and sent out on time.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. We love to hire great people to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Register and handle patient's inquiries through chat
- Packing of medication and retail products
- Educate patients on medication and procedures
- Billing
- Administrative duties
- Medicine and retail inventory management
Requirements:
- At least Diploma or equivalent
- Being quick and competent on the computer
- We are 5.5 days work week.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 6.30 pm, and one weekend 8.30 am to 1 pm.
We offer a competitive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience.
Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
