Business Manager Role:
1. Managing the director’s schedule, including setting up meetings and appointments. Handling correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Preparing documents, reports, and presentations as required.
2. Client Interaction:
Acting as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, and scheduling meetings. Assisting with client relationship management by maintaining contact lists and tracking client communications.
3. Office Management:
Coordinating with other staff and departments to ensure smooth office operations. Ordering and managing office supplies and equipment.
4. Event Coordination:
Organizing and coordinating events such as client meetings, conferences, and team events. Handling logistics for events, including venue booking, catering, and travel arrangements.
5. Project Management:
Assisting with various projects by providing administrative support, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
