Your new role
A few of your responsibilities would be ;
· Plan, lead, execute and review work activities and projects (on-site).
· Coordinate and provide consultancy for environmental sustainable development projects.
· Prepare technical and design specifications for tenders.
· Participate in energy audit, Green Mark assessment and LEED Certification.
· Work closely with the team to ensure all assigned projects and contractual obligation are completed within the expected timeframe.
· Prepare tender documents for the bidding of environmental sustainable development projects.
What you'll need to succeed
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Sustainable Building Design
· At least 5 years of relevant work experience
· Ability to perform building energy saving calculations and sustainable simulation
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Hands-on individual who is positive, proactive and driven
· Experience of working with a team
