8.30am to 5.30pm
· Verify each vendor creation form against necessary documents and to assign New Vendor accounts code in the system according to group policy.
· Ensure accounts payable (AP) invoices, petty cash and E-staff expenses claims (Prosoft) are accurate and properly coded.
· Check and ensure payments are verified against relevant documents and authorized according to group policies and processes.
· Carry out monthly vendors’ reconciliation.
· Ensure zero unallocated payments in the system at each month end.
· Manage and resolve internal and external vendors’ enquiries and issues.
· Assist in AP month end and year end closing.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or ACCA
- Preferably with minimum 3 years of relevant experiences
- Experience in SAP system is required
