- Perform First Article Inspection measurement base on the drawing
- Perform programing on measurement machine for dimensions check
- Ensure the inspection points taken are accurate and reliable
- Compile FA report including CPK data if required
- Maintain of FA drawing, reports and sample
- Ensure maintenance of equipment and proper storage and usage at FA room
- Assist in preparing and buyoff of jig and fixture for measurement
- Training of QC inspector in measurement
- Defect identification
Job Requirements
- Min form 5 / “ O “ Level
- Min 2 years experience
- Knowledge in handling of basic measuring equipment, QV, LM, Smart Scope
