Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist to ensure profitability through budget and product buy planning, follow-up and back office routines.
- Assist to set up and maintain purchasing process and procedures to conduct purchasing activity in complete line to align with the Group’s purchasing policy and Group Values.
- Develop a close working relationship with strategic partners, both internal and external, on matters relating to merchandise buying and product mix, seasonal launches.
- Assist to prepare and analysis weekly, monthly, seasonal merchandising and buying reports to optimize sales, margin and inventory management.
- Support Sales division to meet sales plans and targets including to provide product training to Sales Team.
- Assist to manage and lead the Merchandising team.
- Other ad-hoc assignment and duties as assigned.
- Min. 5 years’ relevant work experience in retail operations and merchandising.
- Strong merchandising skills with the ability to drive business through creativity and extensive fashion knowledge.
- Planning and analytical skills, ability to set goals, delegate work, manage situations and follow up results.
- Organized and focused, able to manage a variety of projects under heavy time pressure and prioritize appropriately.
- A positive and coaching attitude, with willingness to learn and improve.
- Proficiency in MS office.
