Renovation Project Executive
Abiel is an asset management firm set up in Singapore since 2013.
We help property investors maximize their portfolio returns and our self-owned properties through creative enhancement strategies.
With over 20 years of experiences in real estate investments both in SG and Australia, the company has established itself in the areas of property strategy, repositioning of assets, asset enhancement, and end-to-end project management.
Abiel is now moving into rapid business expansion and is looking for a Renovation Project Executive to assist the management team in strategizing and implementation of value enhancement strategies to our growing portfolio.
The role is based in Singapore.
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma/Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Results oriented
- Excellent character is essential for this role - integrity, hardworking and perseverance.
- At least 2 years of Project Management experience in a Construction/Interior Design Company
- Able to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Interior Architectural details as will be working on drawings and construction practices.
Job Description:
- Work together with the asset management team to execute renovations based on their proposed strategy
- Coordinate and manage full life cycle renovation projects
- Liaise with vendors/contractors, designers, and consultants
- Manage vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks, managing project schedules, and communicating expected deliverables
- Manage the work deliverables in accordance with the approved budget and timeline.
- Manage timelines, schedules, and resource availability
- Tracking and reporting on project progress
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
- Conduct quality checks for projects
- Ensuring timely and smooth project handover within stipulated timelines
- Identify potential design and construction-related issues, and contractual disputes and effect appropriate or alternative solutions
- Manage and liaise with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
