Job Description
· Responsible in providing 2nd level of technical support to local and overseas customers which include solving product related application issues
· Taking charge of the liaising with customers and sales departments for supporting sales and customers in developing solution application, problems and root causes of issues on product
· Responsible to do Installation of products at the customer’s premises and support during set-up
· In charge of planning, developing and evaluating applications for test purposes which include carrying out application relevant feasibility studies and lab tests
· Responsible for all the documentation of the products which include document tests setup and test results
· Responsible for planning and organising internal and external training and workshops.
Requirements
· Minimum Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent
· Minimum 3 Years of working experience in electronics devices
· Oversea travelling is required
