Job Description
· To assist the Plant Manager in managing all the aspects of Preventive Maintenance and Corrective
Maintenance in the Plant.
· In Charge of daily Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance activities which includes drawing updates, vendor evaluations, equipment related matters and monitor for new tools & technology and etc.
· Taking charge of establishing and monitoring programs and KPI of the maintenance system for critical equipment analysis, and condition monitoring techniques, operating data and others that is required.
· Responsible for optimizing maintenance strategies and cost effective benefits
· Responsible for ECR meeting, follow action items and process / equipment Improvement.
· Responsible to liaise with the vendors to ensure works is done on time
· In charge to establish and maintain standards related to equipment, spare parts and equipment troubleshooting
· Responsible for training plant technicians
Requirements
· Minimum Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
· Minimum 3 Years of working experience in chemical process environment
· Well versed in ESH regulations
