Role is based in Changi Business Park
The candidate will be a member of the IT Business Management Office in Singapore.
The role is to provide support on IT financials, personnel on-off boarding, contract management, invoice processing and other administrative function for the IT department.
Key Activities of the Role:
- IT Financials o Handle invoice processing; verification of timesheets and invoices
- Oversee month-end time booking process and work with various IT functions to ensure timely, accurate and complete time bookings.
- Support other key financial activities and reporting (e.g. accruals, cost allocation) and handle ad-hoc queries.
- Support Project Leads on resource forecasting activities
- Personnel On/Off-boarding o Work with various IT Managers, vendors and HR to ensure that resources are On/Off-boarded timely and in line with standards and policies.
- Contract Management
- Responsible for maintenance of the global contract database
- Support the contract maintenance renewal process and other contract administration activities.
- Assist and provide support on periodic management reports.
- Support other departmental administration, IT events and other initiatives.
- Project Management Support Skills Requirements of the Role Professional and Technical
- Basic knowledge of Singapore financial accounting standards
- Proficient in Excel
- Knowledge of Access and VBA macro an advantage
- Good communication skill
- Organised, systematic and meticulous
