Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to all departments, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Project Management: Oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
- Skills: Proven track record of successful project management, strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes and regulations.
