Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, monitor, and control work programs and activities for projects, including:
- Leading the project team in day-to-day operations.
- Monitoring the project budget.
- Liaising with consultants, main contractors, clients, and relevant authorities.
- Attending regular site meetings.
- Supervising and monitoring the site labor force and subcontractor work.
- Overseeing quality control and safety and health matters on site.
- Resolving site-related technical problems.
- Performing any other duties delegated by the head office as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Over 5 years of experience in bored piling works.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels.
