Job responsibilities
- Audit Execution: Conduct internal audits in accordance with corporate and industry standards (IIA) for local offices and subsidiaries in APAC.
- Risk Assessment: Identify, assess, and evaluate risks to the organization.
- Process Improvement: Provide recommendations to improve management processes, controls, and governance.
- Audit Planning and Reporting: Develop and execute audit plans, prepare comprehensive audit reports, and ensure timely completion of audits.
- Team Management: Guide and mentor junior audit staff, ensuring adherence to audit standards and procedures.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant regulations and industry best practices.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or equivalent
- Professional certification in CPA/CIA etc. preferred
