We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development and Marketing Executive to work with the existing Marketing and BD teams, for the development and management of a new community-focused initiative aimed at enhancing client engagement and education. The ideal candidate will also support other business development activities, helping us grow and scale our services in Singapore and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Management
- Oversee the launch and ongoing management of our client-
focused community platform.
- Engage with members, facilitating discussions, interactive
sessions, and special events.
- Collaborate with internal teams and experts to design, create,
and manage educational content that supports our clients' goals.
- Monitor community activity, ensuring a positive and supportive
environment for all participants.
- Business Development Support
- Work with the Head of Business Development in identifying and
pursuing new business opportunities, including partnerships and
collaborations
- Support the expansion of TSquared Lab’s services by researching
market trends and analyzing potential growth areas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement
strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Prepare reports and presentations to update management on
project progress and business development activities.
- Digital Marketing
- Manage digital marketing campaigns to promote TSquared Lab’s
services and the community platform.
- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize online
presence, including social media, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns,
making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or associated fields
- Experience: At least 2-3 years' experience in either Digital Marketing, Business Development or Online Community Management
- Interest/ experience in the Fitness Industry will be considered as a bonus
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Design Software such as
Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google
Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools).
- Technical skills in HTML, CSS, or other coding languages are a
bonus.
