- Manage and allocate workers, equipment and transport effectively to various project teams
- Motivate and lead workers
- Handle dormitories and vehicle matters, including traffic or worksite accidents and necessary repair works for our fleet of vehicles
- Provide directions & resolutions to daily operational issues
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction industry
