Our team has decades of experiences and proven track records of various green building ratings and simulations in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, China, Hong Kong, Dubai, Algiers, and Jeddah.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage teams in green building projects independently with minimal supervision.
· Review reports, presentations and project submissions.
· Review materials, products, technical specification and cost.
· Review all necessary calculations and simulations, such as ACMV system, lighting, landscape, ETTV/OTTV, energy simulation, wind simulation, daylight simulation, solar radiation simulation, etc.
· Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, building owners, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.
· Coordinate physical walk through and detail measurement of the building related to ACMV, lighting, indoor comfort, etc, to analyse building system performance and propose improvement, if needed.
· Support marketing, sales, training, and administrative activities.
REQUIREMENTS
· Engineering Degree (mechanical, electrical, building science).
· Fluency in written and spoken English.
· Able to operate CAD, energy simulation, wind simulation, wind driven rain, and daylight software.
· Understanding of building systems particularly in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
· Comprehensive experience in Green Mark, LEED, GBI, Greenship, WELL, and other green rating system.
· At least 4 years of relevant working experience.
