Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate existing processes, take measurements, and interpret data, including SCADA system operations, in line with the company's digitalization goals.
- Perform risk assessments to ensure process safety and efficiency.
- Research, design, and develop processes to enhance productivity and workflow.
- Oversee operations and maintenance of facility processes to ensure optimal performance.
- Organize and set up operations efficiently.
- Oversee the implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Investigate and troubleshoot any issues that arise with processes, procedures, and operations.
- Develop and implement best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve throughput and quality of output.
- Manage cost and time constraints effectively.
- Provide process documentation and operating instructions to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Participate in and conduct Process Safety Management (PSM) and Hazard and Operability (Hazop) studies.
- Act as a turnkey manager for planning and executing plant shutdowns.
