Looking for meticulous persons who wish to join us, in the death trade as an administrative assistant to help support us in serving bereaved families in times of need.
Responsibilities:
Job Duties
- Data entry
- Editing of notice and photo
- Printing of collaterals
- Replying to family texts as and when possible
- Doing up invoices and chasing of payments when needed
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, sorting /compiling of documents, and etc..
- To assist in all other ad-hoc administration matters as and when required.
Requirements
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Skills - Words, Excel, PowerPoint) and use of Google Drive.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to learn and be proactive in work.
- Able to multitask and work independently.
- Prior experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role would be an advantage.
- Preferably able to start immediately or within a short notice.
- Prior experience in accounting roles is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Canva or other editing tools is also an added advantage.
- Class 3 driving license is an added advantage.
