We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Assistant Manager, Relationship Management, Global Incorporations based in our Vistra, Singapore office. This is a full-time and permanent position reporting to the Director, Relationship Management, Global Incorporations.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as an ambassador and main point of contact for clients
- Make cold calls to potential clients to sell offshore companies and related professional services
- Be an account manager and upsell Group's services to the existing client base
- Assist clients in the setting up of companies in different offshore jurisdictions
- Day-to-day pre and post incorporation of companies
- Work with professional intermediary firms like lawyers, bankers and CPAs
- Ensure corporate regulatory and KYC compliance
- Other ad-hoc work duties as assigned
Key requirements:
- University or Polytechnic Graduates from Business Administration or Mass Communications or relevant discipline
- 3-6 years of relevant work experience (On-the-job training will be provided)
- Client service and engagement experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Eloquent communication skills
- Good to have: Use of Salesforce and Viewpoint, communication in Mandarin
- High professional integrity
- Positive attitude, team player
- Willing to learn and able to work independently
- Strong team player
