Roles & Responsibilities
· Preparation & submission of Export documents .
· Coordinating at load port and unloading at discharge port.
· Liaising with buyers and suppliers for drafts / contracts / documentation
· Liaising with Banks for receipt and issuance of LC’s
· Back2Back LC issuance
· Preparation and Presentation of documents under LC
· KYC documents handling
· Payment follow ups with buyers
· Coordination with internal and external teams on Shipping, Finance, accounting etc.
· Trade transactions, Trade PnL, Cash flow
· Other duties assigned as per requirements of the role
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
· Required language(s): English
· At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Preferably Import/Export Documentation specialized in Commodities (Timber Products ) Operations or equivalent.
