Dymon Asia is looking for a senior analyst who specialises in the Japan Market.
Job Description
This person should:
- be an expert in the Japan equity market and have in-depth fundamental knowledge in the public listed companies in Japan.
- be familiar with implementing a strong bottom-up investment process/framework.
- have extensive networks and local know-hows in the Japan Market.
- possess the ability to incorporate ESG principles in investment approach.
- possess natural curiosity, analytical, critical, and logical thinking.
- demonstrate lateral thinking ability and exercise good judgment.
- possess a self-starter attitude with high level of enthusiasm for equity research.
- demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese.
- possess a strong ability in performing financial statement, business and valuation analyses.
- have excellent analytical, organizational, and creative skills.
- be highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- be able to work independently with limited supervision.
- have meticulous attention to details, strong analytical and organizational skills.
