RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the end-to-end administration, planning and implementation of events (i.e. talks, lectures, seminars, etc.) in accordance with the objectives and requirements of the College.
  • Coordinate between cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of events.
  • Support Team Leads with organising the event, including:-
    • Working closely with the Team Leads to understand requirements of each event.
    • Ensure planning adheres to budgetary limits and time constraints.
    • Manage all logistic requirements, including booking of venue(s), registration, liaise and coordinate with vendors and personnel (e.g. student assistants), and other necessities.
    • Oversee all event operations and logistics (i.e. registrations, marketing materials, venue preparation, F&B, etc.) as part of event preparation and on event day.
    • Conduct post-event analysis to determine success and areas for improvement.
  • Perform any other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the College of Integrative Studies.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum Diploma.
  • At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in event coordination, planning, and execution.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with faculty, staff, and students.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a meticulous nature and keen attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word and PowerPoint).
  • Strong work ethic.
