RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the end-to-end administration, planning and implementation of events (i.e. talks, lectures, seminars, etc.) in accordance with the objectives and requirements of the College.
- Coordinate between cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of events.
- Support Team Leads with organising the event, including:-
- Working closely with the Team Leads to understand requirements of each event.
- Ensure planning adheres to budgetary limits and time constraints.
- Manage all logistic requirements, including booking of venue(s), registration, liaise and coordinate with vendors and personnel (e.g. student assistants), and other necessities.
- Oversee all event operations and logistics (i.e. registrations, marketing materials, venue preparation, F&B, etc.) as part of event preparation and on event day.
- Conduct post-event analysis to determine success and areas for improvement.
- Perform any other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the College of Integrative Studies.
- Minimum Diploma.
- At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in event coordination, planning, and execution.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with faculty, staff, and students.
- Excellent organisational skills, with a meticulous nature and keen attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word and PowerPoint).
- Strong work ethic.
