Job Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Oversee consolidated group reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with IFRS and other relevant standards.
- Taxation: Manage all taxation matters, including planning, compliance, and liaising with external auditors and tax authorities.
- Audit: Lead internal and external audits, ensuring robust financial controls and processes are in place.
- Investment Industry Focus: Handle financial operations specific to the investment industry, providing insights and recommendations based on industry trends and financial data.
- Leadership: Act as the key person within the Accounting department, driving performance, fostering a collaborative team environment, and developing strong cross-functional relationships.
- Strategic Planning: Support senior management in strategic decision-making through accurate financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with regulatory requirements and corporate policies.
Job Requirement:
- CA/CPA qualification or relevant professional certification.
- Extensive experience in financial management, with a strong background in the investment industry.
- Proficiency in consolidated group reporting, IFRS, taxation, audit, and financial analysis
