Responsible for handling a full spectrum of Hr and Admin functions
Prepare and conduct new employees orientation program
Maintain and update the employees Training record
Handle MOM Surveys and goverment subsidies which include foreign worker .
Involves in grieveances and disciplinary activities
Managing the staffing needs of the organization
processing and timely submission of all forms and claims from goverment
Be the first point of contact for employees on any Hr related activities
Maintain and update personal files and leave records of all employees
Source and recommend training and professional development courses for the staff.
