Job Description & Requirements
· Develop new business opportunities and actively source for new leads
· Research, understand and identify client's needs
· Able to present and introduce services with in-depth knowledge
· Generate sales to achieve monthly sales targets
· Effectively communicate technical proposals to client
· Be responsible to all accounts under his/her control
· Assist in business development department
· Adhoc activities assigned
· Report to Sales Director
Requirements:
· At least Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or relevant studies
· Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in architecture, engineering and construction industry is preferred
· Team Player; able to mingle with different types of people
· Must have strong communication skills
· Sales driven and results oriented.
