- Responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims to determine the amount of compensation a policyholder is entitled to.
- Engage in negotiations with claimants or their representatives to reach a fair settlement.
- Create detailed reports summarizing the findings and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- At least 3 years of experience in insurance claims.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Knowledge in insurance policies, industry regulations, and legal principles.
