Responsibilities
- Attending to inbound calls
- Attending to call back requests from customers
- Ensure follow up on cases escalated
- Point to point enquiries from customers
- Perform simple investigation on customer's requests
- Attend to emails enquiry/ Live chat as required
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors
Requirement
- Minimum Nitec, Diploma in any disiciplines
- Team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with Working hours: Any 5 days per week - inclusive of weekends - 8.00am – 5.30pm / 8.30am – 6.00pm, off on Public Holidays
