Scope:
- Coordinate travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, transfers, and visas.
- Manage calendars to ensure effective scheduling and organization.
- Assist with expense preparation, submission, and tracking
- Review, record, and secure necessary approvals for invoice payments.
- Provide support for meetings, events, and conferences as needed.
- Professionally attend to and receive guests at the reception on the assigned floor when required.
- Assist with meeting room bookings and arrange refreshments as necessary.
- Gather and prepare company reports and presentations in advance of meetings.
- Manage team leave records and submissions
- Input company meetings into the meetings system.
- Maintain records of travel and meetings to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree with at least 5 years of relevant office administrative experiences
- Team player
- Able to handle high volumn of travel arrangement coordination
- Workday system knowledge is advantageous
