We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer on a contract basis.
You will have a strong background in case management and SaaS integrations. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that enhance our case management processes and integrate with various SaaS applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Development: Customize and develop Salesforce solutions to manage case workflows and enhance overall case management efficiency.
- Integration: Integrate Salesforce with SaaS applications to ensure seamless data flow and operational effectiveness.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design Salesforce solutions that align with business needs.
- Maintenance & Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Best Practices: Follow Salesforce best practices for development, deployment, and integration to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience with Salesforce development, specifically in case management and integrating with SaaS applications.
- Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Integration Knowledge: Experience with integrating Salesforce with third-party SaaS platforms.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
