Responsibilities:
- Assist planning, execution, and completion of ACMV projects.
- Attend site tests and inspections to ensure quality standards & regulatory requirements are complied.
- Liaise with relevant authorities, subcontractors, and workers on site to ensure regulatory are met.
- Preparation of progress payment claims and variation orders as required.
- Analyze, manage, and track project costs against budget.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years in project management, handling ACMV within construction industry
- Good project management skills including manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Knowledge in ACMV calculations including heat load, pump size, air flow rate, chilled water system performance, chiller sizing and configuration, fan sizing and more.
