Job Description
- Assist customers with daily cargo bookings and capacity confirmations.
- Advise customers on airline product requirements and cargo booking procedures.
- Manage cargo booking administration and ensure accurate data entry.
- Coordinate with customers, warehouses, carriers, and customs on shipment needs.
- Track shipment status and update customers promptly.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and handle inquiries efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Billing Team to ensure accurate invoicing.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
