The Sea Global Management Associate Program (Sea Global MAP) is Sea’s 2-year flagship program for aspiring graduates who seek to create a purposeful impact with technology, and become future leaders of the industry.
The program consists of 4 rotations that are 6 months long each - for you to gain in-depth and diverse exposure across our Core Businesses.

Requirement
Who Are We Looking For?
Calling out to graduates with a recognised Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline, with 0 to 2 years of full-time working experience (as of the last day of the application window). We would like you to be proficient in English and the local language of any market we operate in to facilitate deployment and collaboration across the region, and will be able to join us in 2025.
