Job Responsibilities:
- Manage video production from end to end, ensuring that all phases of the production are on track, such as video concept, storyboard, art direction, audio design and video editing
- Collaborate with in-house creatives and external vendors to develop event videos, product videos and campaign videos
- Incorporating feedback from internal stakeholders to ensure the videos meet brand guidelines and communication objectives
- Contribute creative ideas and story angles for the development of videos
- Conceptualise, write scripts and produce storyboards
- Sourcing and shortlisting music, soundbites, stock footage and internal footage for video production
- Collection of footage from other stakeholders
- Ensure that the videos are on-brand and consistent with the event/campaign theme
- Video editing on professional video editing software
- Staying up to date with industry trends to keep ahead of competitors
- Absorbing visual trends and deploy them in fresh and exciting ways
- Producing consistently excellent visual work
- Adapting Key Visual direction into identified collaterals for campaign delivery
- Work closely with marketing team to plan, coordinate and execute digital marketing activities
Job Requirements:
- Degree in video production, digital film, media, communications or related fields
- Atleast 2 – 3 years' experience in video production (agency/production house experience is a plus)
- Good understanding of advertising, digital, production and media concepts Creative mind, with a good range of design language and visual storytelling sensibility
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Detail oriented and ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple video projects simultaneously
