- Responsible for handling daily warehousing operation to ensure that customer delivery schedules are met to provide customer satisfaction.
- Responsible to close Cycle Count activities in JDE to ensure timely approval cycle count sheet and completion of items count per the cut-off timeline to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate the quarterly destruction activities with stakeholders.
- Ensure GN29 license availability for the items, create Destruction Order in JDE and generate commercial invoice for permit application. As well as provide Finance with the cost center to cross charge.
- Request for quarterly freight rates quotation from freight vendors.
- Request for ad-hoc freight quotation and arrange for inbound packaging materials shipment.
- Perform detailed freight audit for billing and invoicing.
- Submit monthly data
- Support printer Installation Qualification when required.
- Support the execution of supply chain related projects and other incidental duties.
