- Review project specifications and technical clarifications
- Perform drafting for construction drawings, schematic drawings
- Amend and update drawings as per markup
- Prepare as-built drawings
- Prepare method statements, material requisition
- Project planning, documentation & supervisions
- Coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub- contractors on technical matters & proposals
- Inspections of work by sub-contractors, ensure timely and smooth progress of works
- To ensure proper quality and safety regulations are complied
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years working experience in building construction industry
• Proficient in AutoCAD. Possession of a M&E Coordinator Certificate will be an added advantage.
