Job Description:
- Identifying potential clients and building relationships to generate new business opportunities.
- Analyzing market trends to identify new business ventures and opportunities.
- Overseeing the sales process, including preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential clients.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions to their problems.
- Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities.
- Actively search for potential candidates, conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the company
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and to refine job descriptions
- Oversee the recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending job offers and onboarding new hires
- Help promote the company’s brand through recruitment initiatives and events to attract top talent
