Requirements
- Diploma with 2 years related working experience
- With Power BI will be advantage
- Knowledge of basic quality management systems and ISO9001
- Able to work independently and a team-player as well
- Meticulous and eye for details
- Well versed in both written and verbal communications skills
Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports and addressing routine to complex information requests
- Gathers, compiles and verifies information and enters it accurately into documents such as reports, presentations or forms e.g. databases or spreadsheets
- Data collection, data entry and report generation on various departmental related activities
- Preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings
- Prepares documentation for payment of vendors, suppliers and other third parties
- Maintains departmental policies and procedures
- Facilitates, follows up on, and ensures completion of tasks related to the Quality Management System (QMS) including internal audits
