Job Info:
- Salary: Basic from $4000 - $4700 + Commission + Transport Allowance + Mobile Phone Reimbursement
- Working Hour: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)
- Location: Sungei Kadut North
Job Scope:
- Growing our base of new specifiers and businesses
- Developing key specification tools to boost sales and visibility
- Influencing architects and specifiers to adopt company systems in their proprietary specifications
- Maintaining close collaboration with R&D and Technical departments on specification-related matters
- Ensuring high levels of customer service by actively engaging with architects, consultants, and key specifiers
- Conduct architectural and engineering presentations and training sessions
- Participate in product presentations, seminars, and industry events
- Support sales teams in client meetings regarding specifications
- Provide insights into competitors and market trends
- Promote company products to key stakeholders such as architects, consultants, developers, and contractors
- Prepare marketing action plans as needed by the company
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in the construction industry (though not mandatory)
- Experience in specification-related tasks can try
- Experience in dealing with architect
- Car ownership is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently and persuasively present to diverse audiences/groups
- Able to present confidently and convincingly to a wide variety of audiences/ groups
