Job Description
The Finance Management Associate (FMA) Program is a 2-year accelerated pathway for aspiring talents seeking to excel in the accounting and finance profession. Through four 6-month rotations within our Finance team, you will be immersed in Sea’s various businesses (Garena, Shopee, and SeaMoney) and experience firsthand the pivotal role Finance plays in each of these businesses.

Requirements
We are seeking driven and motivated talents who are passionate about embarking on an impactful career in accounting and finance. We highly value talents who demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a keen interest in the technology industry.
Join us if you fulfill the following requirements:
- An outstanding prospective or recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field, with 0 to 2 years of full-time working experience, and will be able to join us from February 2025 onwards.
- A strong communicator who can effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels and build meaningful interpersonal relationships.
- A goal-getter who thrives under pressure and tight deadlines, and demonstrates the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities.
- A dynamic individual with analytical dexterity and problem solving aptitude, with a strong determination to drive positive outcomes.
- An independent self-starter who possesses an open-minded attitude and exemplifies excellent teamwork.
