Job Description
Responsibility & Scope of Works:
-Produce 2D space planning on layout plans based on design conceptualization
-Develop 3D rendering visuals, hand-drawn perspective drawing and colour rendering with detailed materials and furnishings chosen with accurate specifications
-Work closely with Interior Designers, Marketing team, in order to deliver to customers, the best interior design for their spaces
-Revise drawings and layout to accommodate changes and enhancements
Requirement:
-Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, V-Ray (or any other 3D rendering software)
-Good knowledge of drawing preparation & organization
-Experience in commercial and residential projects will be an advantage
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
-Required language: English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking co-worker and customers)
-Minimum 1 year or above working experience in Interior Design firm related field is preferred
-Able to Start Work Immediately or within short notice
