Job Description:
- Receive shipment pre-alert documents that are being API into the system.
- Checking shipment pre-alert documents for discrepancies and identifying high-value shipments that require custom permit declarations.
- Coordinating with warehouse staff and vendors to arrange incoming shipments.
- Monitoring incoming shipment status and reporting any arrival delays or discrepancies to stakeholders.
- Preparing necessary documents for terminal, custom declaration, and clearance for delivery to last-mile vendors.
- Working with relevant authorities and partners to ensure smooth terminal, custom clearance, and delivery to last-mile vendors.
- Updating shipment status and reporting.
- Checking costing and issuing billing.
