Salary: $3,000 - $3,500 (based on experience)
Commission: 1-2% depending on performance tier
Working Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Days Off: 2 weekdays off per week when no exhibitions; 1 day off per week during exhibitions
Overtime: Rarely

Your Role:
- Engage Customers: Greet, assist, and enhance customer interactions with our stylish merchandise.
- Digital Interaction: Respond to queries via WhatsApp and email.
- Sales Operations: Operate POS systems, manage transactions, and direct customers to merchandise.
- Drive Sales: Achieve sales targets, promote products, and introduce special offers.
- Maintain Excellence: Keep the sales floor organized and present promotions effectively.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in home furnishing.
- Skills: Professional appearance, positive attitude, basic math, and customer satisfaction focus.
