Responsibilities
- Team player with the ability to lead and motivate the team.
- Coordinate and supervise daily front of the house and back of the house restaurant operations
- Able to work with the head chef to create new dishes and market regularly
- To provide a strong relationship and leadership creating a productive team while achieving set goals
- Good communications, planning, and execution skills.

- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Train employees on service quality, improve productivity, customer care, and responsiveness
- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways for improvement
- Control operational costs and identify measures to reduce waste
- Create detailed reports on a weekly/monthly/annual revenues and expenses
- Promote the brand in the community through word-of-mouth, social media, and others
- Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. promos and social media ads)
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Assistant/ Restaurant Manager similar role
- Proven experience in a Chinese and Seafood restaurant is an advantage
- He / She should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong leadership, be energetic, proactive, self-driven, highly motivated, and people skills in the driving of business for the restaurant.
- Good interpersonal skills and computer skills in Word and Excel would be essential.
- Preferable with Diploma Certification
- Acute financial management skills
- Able to work at Jurong Area
