An ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 3 years of experience in store management.
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams within a high-end retail environment.
- An inspirational and motivational leadership approach.
- A demonstrated history of leading and coaching high-performing teams.
- A strong understanding of priority management in a retail setting.
- Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
- Ability to conduct performance reviews and facilitate team skill development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability to provide constructive feedback to management.
- Experience in implementing company visual merchandising standards.
