We are seeking a Communications Executive with experience in social media & digital marketing, content creation, website management to join our Communications team. This role may require occasional work on weekends.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Content Creation:
- Plan, produce/write, edit content (video, graphic, text and image posts) for social media and online channels in line with the church's priorities.
- Work closely with the in-house design and Audio-Visual/ Media team to create content.
2. Website Content Management
3. Trend Analysis & Reports:
- Analyse performance of digital campaigns using various web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generate reports.
4. Others:
- Stay tech-savvy and familiar/updated with latest social media platform trends and functions and adapt to new media and digital tools.
- Ensure consistency of church brand across channels and ministries in line with the church vision, mission and values.
- Work closely with the Head of Communications in other tasks and projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good degree in Communications, Media, Digital Marketing or related disciplines.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSETS:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience with web/social media management and web analytics tools. Those with corporate social media experience preferred.
- Excellent English language, storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Good photography/videography/video-editing skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite video and picture editing tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong team player who is able to work collaboratively within and between teams.
- Adaptable and willing to learn.
