Well-established retail company seeks individual to join the organization as HR Executive, Payroll Executive!
Budget for this role: S$3500
Responsibilities
- Manage full spectrum of payroll processing timely and accurately and in compliance with Company’s policies and statutory requirements
- Administer staff benefits and claims in accordance with Company’s policies
- Ensure timely submission of monthly CPF payments, tax filing for local and foreign employees
- Submit NS make-up pay claims and all government paid leave claims
- Support the maintenance of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Involve in the reviewing, testing and implementation of HRIS upgrade, integration and process improvement projects
- Handle employees’ queries and attend to auditors on payroll audit
- Any projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and legislation for employment practices
- Meticulous, analytical and eye for details
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with HRIS is a must
- Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
